NEWS: Request a Technical Western Blot Workshop (for your Institute)

We are pleased to offer UK institutes, departments or individual labs an online workshop on Western Blotting, specifically dedicated to plant researchers. The workshop entitled "Western blot - technique possible to optimize" will be presented by Dr. Joanna Porankiewicz-Asplund, Technical Support Manager at Agrisera. It will cover common pitfalls in Western Blotting as well as tips to adjust your protocol in order to achieve the best possible outcome.

With over 30 years’ experience working with antibodies in a wide range of plant and algal species and a variety of techniques, Agrisera has established itself as the leader in plant research, and we hope that this workshop will be useful to doctoral students and post-doctoral researchers alike.

This online workshop can be conducted on a basic or more advanced level. We also welcome the submission of questions prior to the workshop to tailor the talk to your specific needs. The workshop is two hours long and will include a short break for quiz and prizes. We require a minimum of 10 participants for the workshop to go ahead.
