CE-IVD and UKCA marked antibodies for Pathology/IHC

GenomeMe UKCA Antibodies from the Zeta Corporation range

CE-IVD Antibodies from the Zeta Corporation range

Zeta Corporation provides the highest quality of IVD antibodies for Pathology/IHC. Zeta antibodies are carefully curated to produce reproducible results on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) sections manually or using commercially available automated equipment.

Zeta designs and develops tumor-specific biomarkers using cutting-edge technology to uniquely select the immunogens for the RAbMono™ (Rabbit Monoclonal) and MonoMAb™ (Monospecific monoclonal antibodies).

Zeta utilises its collective knowledge of over 75 years to validate and standardise every antibody individually for immunohistochemistry (IHC).

MUC-4 Antibody Staining

MUC-4

Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody

Clone: ZR201 (Cat No: Z2520)

The major constituents of mucus, the viscous secretion that covers epithelial surfaces such as those in the trachea, colon, and cervix, are highly glycosylated proteins called mucins. These glycoproteins play essential roles in protecting the epithelial cells and have been implicated in epithelial renewal and differentiation. This gene encodes an integral membrane glycoprotein found on the cell surface, although secreted isoforms may exist. MUC-4 transcripts have been detected in normal respiratory epithelium and lung. MUC-4 is a specific (100%) and sensitive (90%) marker of lung adenocarcinomas and is negative for mesotheliomas. Reportedly, MUC-4 expression in invasive ductal carcinoma of the pancreas is an independent factor for poor prognosis. MUC-4 is also explicitly expressed in low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma and sclerosing fibrosarcoma.

TFE3 Antibody Staining

Transcription factor E3 Antibody (TFE3)

Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody

Clone: ZR365 (Cat No: Z2605)

Transcription factor E3 (TFE3) belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix zipper transcription factor family. The TFE3 gene is located on the short arm of the X chromosome, is expressed in various cells of the human body, and participates in the regulation of various genes. The rearrangement of this gene is associated with a variety of tumors, and it is highly expressed in acinar soft tissue sarcoma with TFE3 fusion gene, Xp11.2 translocation/TFE3 gene fusion-related renal cell carcinoma, and in perivascular epithelioid cell tumors.

LEF1 Antibody Staining

Lymphoid Enhancing Factor 1 Antibody (LEF1)

Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody

Clone: ZR336 (Cat No: Z2642)

Lymphoid Enhancing Factor 1 (LEF1) is a transcription factor that belongs to the TCF/LEF family. LEF1 participates as a regulator in Wnt signaling pathways. LEF1 is an important factor in lymphopoiesis and is expressed normally in T and pro-B cells but not expressed in mature B cells. Strong nuclear expression of LEF1 has been observed in majority of chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma cases and LEF1 is not detected in other small B cell lymphomas. Anti-LEF1 may be used as an aid for differentiation of chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma from other small B cell lymphomas.
